1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of Wanderpin, including our website, applications, APIs, and any content, functionality, or services offered through them (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our accompanying policies. If you do not agree, do not access the Services.

2. Eligibility & Account Responsibilities

You must be at least 16 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract to use Wanderpin. When you create an account, you agree to provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and promptly update any changes.

• You are responsible for all activity under your account, including itineraries you create or share.
• You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access or misuse of your account.
• You may not transfer your account or allow others to use your credentials without our permission.

3. Acceptable Use & Content

Wanderpin empowers travelers to plan and share trips. To keep our community safe and respectful, you agree that you will not use the Services to:

• Upload content that is unlawful, defamatory, discriminatory, obscene, or otherwise harmful.
• Infringe third-party intellectual property or privacy rights.
• Collect data from other users without their consent, or send unsolicited communications.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity, performance, or security of the Services.
• Upload malicious code, attempt to access non-public areas, or reverse engineer the Services.

4. Ownership & License

You retain ownership of the content you create on Wanderpin. By posting, storing, or sharing content through the Services, you grant Wanderpin a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, adapt, and distribute that content solely to operate, improve, and promote the Services. The license ends when your content is deleted from our systems.

Wanderpin, our trademarks, logos, and proprietary technology are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use our branding or software beyond the limited rights granted in these Terms.

5. Paid Features & Subscriptions

Some features of Wanderpin may require payment or a subscription. When you purchase paid features, you agree to provide valid payment information and authorize us (and our payment processors) to charge applicable fees. Paid services may renew automatically unless you cancel before the renewal date. All pricing will be disclosed at the time of purchase.

6. Third-Party Services

The Services may include integrations with mapping providers, booking platforms, or other third-party tools. Wanderpin does not control those services and is not responsible for their content or practices. Your use of third-party services is subject to their own terms and policies.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, misuse the Services, or create risk for other users. You may terminate your account at any time by following the instructions in your account settings.

Upon termination, certain rights and obligations will survive, including our data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Wanderpin is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that any content will be accurate or reliable.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wanderpin and its affiliates, officers, employees, or partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or data, resulting from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Services will not exceed the greater of US $100 or the amounts you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Wanderpin, its affiliates, and their employees harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your content, your use of the Services, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be resolved exclusively in courts located in Delaware, unless local law requires otherwise.

12. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms when we introduce new features, clarify policies, or comply with legal requirements. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the Services or email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
